Wow, what you can learn while hunting for someone's answer!! Thanks for a great question and a fun hunt!! Lots of stuff here:

Don't know how long that gate has been there or named that, but thought that was odd!!

Seems to be a reference to prison -- found this several times.
Also seems to be a Tony Rice guitar tune (58957: The Bluegrass Guitar Collection) title, as a final note -- check him out -- he plays a really mean box!! Love him.

originated from the infamous rapper,snoop dogg.
it means someone who smoked out and took a 5 hour powernap.this person made plans with their friend for lunch but forgot about it.their friend waited at the restaurant for 2 hours(lonesome) & nobody showed up or picked up the phone when she called to ask why he was running late...because he was stoned aka 'stony'.
