she isn't fat... everyone so obsessed about their weight...
Its not what you weigh, its what you LOOK like, do you look fat? if you can see ribs then you are unhealthy, but you may still be "overweight".. etc

She could be a little bit, people 5'8 should weigh around 140 ideally, but your friend may have a muscle built body....Cardio such as walking is a great way to lean out....and in terms of diet, ignore all processed foods because those are what pack on pounds!

I'm 5'8.5 and I am trying to get to that weight!!!! LOL... I have 17/18 pound to go!!!! That is a ideal weight for her height. Tell her she is not fat and if she feels that way maybe she should try to do some weight training or something, Just to try and firm up alittle. Before I had my kids I was 135 and I was thin. Thin doesn't mean healthy. I would never want to be that thin again. My true goal is 155 after this pregnancy.

She is on her way. I am 1/2 inch short of 6ft. I weigh 174lb and I am not bony. And I am a man so I have larger bones and a bigger frame. And if she is only 15lb or so behind me and 3 1/2 inches shorter. Certainly not what I would say her weight should be. I say she needs to dump about 30, 35lbs.

160 at 5'8" would be slightly below overweight if you check the BMI, but then that doesn't take into account muscle tone, so she could be perfect at 160.

I think she sounds like a healthy weight and it also depends on how fit she is muscle weighs more than fat.

160lbs at 5'8 sounds like it might be a little overweight, but she's probably not fat.
It's hard to know without knowing what percentage is bodyfat and what percentage is muscle, muscle weighs more than fat.

I don't think she is fat. Even if she is it's her body maybe go with her to the gym evey now and then
