You really shouldn't list your cup size and email address on here.
Especially since you're thirteen years old. And no, there isn't anything healthy you can do to stop it. I would delete this question if I were you.

there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. Your breasts will stop growing when your body stops producing hormones responsible for that. Do not worry. I understand that you probably feel very uncomfortable with your body right now, getting lots of unwanted attention from boys and maybe even older guys/men while your classmates are totally flat, but when you grow up they'll be jealous of your natural forms. Look how many women are willing to spend huge amount of money and go through pain of surgery to get their breasts bigger! If they get really big (like size F or something) and it really bothers you healthwise (you can get back pain because of the weight of the breasts), you might concider breast reduction, but NOT NOW! only when you grow up and only if it still bothers you. But as of now - you have other things to worry about :) oh, puberty... I feel old now... lol

I was a 36 c through high school, i began growing at the age of 9 and i was very embarrased as noone else had started yet. Now though i am a 36 D so it wasn't that bad in the end, i thought i would be a 40ee by now, but thankfully not.

It's fine. Losing weight will reduce it, but I would NOT recommend it if you are already a healthy weight. And having a C-cup is good. Not too big, not too small. And they are NOT "huge". The average American woman is a 36-C. And did you know that 80 % of women wear the wrong size bra? So make sure you properly measure...But don't worry about it.

relax for now... I had a niece who got big fast just as you.... by the time she was 18 her body caught up with her breasts... If you are still concerned with oversize when you are 18. it is a relatively simple thing to have them reduced a bit... It is a fact of life but youare just goiing to have to live with it for a time... I would not concider surgery for sure untill you sre finnished growing in all ways... and most espacialy in the emmotional maturity ways... you will have much different outlooks on things in 5 yrs... hang in there... and youcan always bind them up a bit from time to time..and do get fitted for proper bras...do not just go with off the rack... ask around and find a good place to get fitted properly.

As a mother of a teenager, I am worried about you! why would you but your age and email out! More young girls are being more bust then in the past. some say it the is the growth hormones they use in food today.

I just hope you don't place your email out there again.

If it is really bothering you then you need to go into somewhere for a professional bra fitting, and then have them find a full coverage breat reduction bra so that you will be fully covered. You cannot control nature; just except what you have and do your research to handle it appropriatly. It is free to have a professional bra fitting...go to a nice department store, victoria's secret, or a place like that to have it done.

That's a good size! Why do you want them to stop growing? Bunches of my friends have that size and they are 13. Just let them grow and if you want them gone later in life (which I doubt you will) have them sergically downsized.

lol sorry sweetie nothing will make them stop. But when you get older there is always the possiblity of getting a breast reduction. I feel you on that one because when I was your age I was a D CUP! but there is no way to make them stop its just a way of life
