Federer or Nadal?
I say Federer hands down but someone else I know says Nadal is the greatest.

Nadal will be finished and a has-been in two years. Obviously it is Federer like you say, hands down, wiuthout any doubt. No contest.

Right now Federer is the better overall player. Nadal has failed to win a major other than the French (twice, on clay), while Federer has one the Australian & US Opens (on hard courts) as well as Wimbledon (on grass) -totalling eight so far. Nadal is working toward being a great player on all surfaces and has great potential -however, a couple of years ago people were talking about Andy Roddick as having great potential (but we've seen few signs of greatness from him lately). Time will tell whether Nadal will take his place among the greats of the game -Federer already stands among the greatest of all time.

Federer is better but I like Nadal too.

Going by straight record it's Federer, he has a record that is very hard to aruge with. However, Nadal does seem to have Federer's number. I think that Federer has the edge for style points, but it's a tough call.

I like both. I think Nadal is a remarkable player and I have enjoyed him battling Federer. I liked watching them play on clay a couple of months ago.

Nadal will get better as Federer gets older. But for now, the swissman is tops
