What really works? I've tried so many things including Biore Pore Strips. I have blackheads all over my nose and I'm not going to some fancy spa.

sometimes you can get a lot of blackheads because of your age (if you are a teenager) and in this case, you can't really do a lot! as a lot of teenagers are doomed to spots. try boiling some water putting it in a big bowl and putting your face into the steam (not into the water as this will cause severe scolding!) and this opens the pores so you can easily squeeze the black heads
and also, if you squeeze your spot, make sure you get all of it out, even the blood that comes afterwards, otherwise the spot will just come back, and probably be much bigger!

I have the same problem... Look for a blackhead extractor whereever you get your facewash and stuff its a metal stick with a loop at the end and you just push it on the black head kinda like you would if you were to pop it with your fingers but since its on your nose you will need the tool because trust me you can't manipulate anything on your nose without it going haywire and turing red and runny.

Worth a try...when I was a teen, I had bad acne. My dermatologist suggested using LISTERINE as an astringent cleanser 2-3 times a day. IT WORKED. Gotta use the plain, original version. It doesn't smell great, but I had really good results.
