knife and stab you in the back. why are they like this, anybody have this problem at work? how do you deal with these type of incompetent people. don't they have anything better to do?

You just speak nicely to them hello how are you . Don't get involved in their chitchat ,and tell them little about details of yourself

They have to bring you down so they look/feel better about themselves. Little minds think,little thoughts. The best way to handle these types is not to have anything to do with them,besides work. If asked,"why?" Tell them it's hard to find clothes that fit right,with knifes coming out of your back.
