I'm already using protein shakes as a supplement. I really dont like taking creatine because it causes me to feel bloated. I dont wont to put on weight, I just wont to lean my body out . So, can I just use PROTEIN SHAKES and still get the same result without CREATINE?

Creatine will have no effect on the size of your pubic region (unlike what the previous answer said). More likely, her brother was taking steroids, andro, or whatever, all of which do cause such problems.

Creatine is found to a small degree in lean red meat, so you are getting a little bit already.

What creatine does for you is cause your individual muscle cells to retain more water and thus expand their size. Being larger in size causes them to absorb the protein better. Of course retaining more water and more protein is likely to give you some weight gain. But it will be muscle mass.

It can cause a bloated feeling, but that can be related to other things you eat as well. One 5 gram serving of creatine right after your workout shouldn't be too bad. About an hour later eat something high in fiber and that should reduce any remaining bloated feeling you have. More fiber in your diet all the way around should help you out with feelings of bloating.

Creatine is bad,.. it makes your pecker grow smaller.
My older brother used to be a body builder, until he found out what that stuff did to his body, sure it built up more mass elsewhere, but it affected his manhood.
