I just used MEK to remove super glue from my laminate counter top. It worked great! It removed the super glue and didn't damage my counter top. You can buy MEK at Lowes or Home Depot in the paint thiner aisle. It is dangerous, so be careful to keep it off your skin.

You can work Corian with any woodworking tool. Don't use a chisel or you might gouge it, but sanding it would be alright. Start with maybe a 150 grit sandpaper until you have removed the glue, then use finer and finer sandpaper until you have polished out all the tiny scratches.

A razor blade, like you would use to remove paint from glass. Keep your flat blade at an angle to the countertop. If you end up with any scratches, you can use a fine grit sandpaper or steel wool to buff it out.

Try calling the manufacture, they may tell you to sand the surface. It is a solid surface (color goes all the through) isn't it? If it is you should be able to block sand it with progressively finer sand paper.
