Any form of dress/casual slip-on shoes is best. But take this advice: DO NOT wear any style athletic sneaker. Many night clubs have a dress code policy which does not allow athletic footwear. you would hate to get to the night club and be denied entrance.

Nice shoes, something along the lines of black leather Italian loafers. Don't ask me why; I will NEVER understand this, but women rate men in nightclubs by their shoes. If you wear your old athletic shoes, forget it. Wear dock/boat shoes and you may be classed as a gurly-mon or a metrosexual. Cowboy boots can work in certain situations, and if you go too dressy they'll think you're trying to impress. If your goal is to get the girls, make sure you're wearing very stylish footwear.

Get a kewl Ben Sherman shirt or a Fred Perry polo and team that with jeans.

ath-leisure shoes. like Kenneth Cole, Steve Madden maybe Skechers if you're on a budget. not dress shoes and not sneakers.
