Please let me know how you fell about this subject? Do you believe his story saying that her death was an accident?

I've been following this case since it happened in 1996 and when I heard about it yesterday I was shocked and basically overjoyed! If you're interested in this case you should read "The Death of Innocence" the book written by JonBenet's parents, John and Patsy Ramsey- It's a very good book. I'm glad that something has finally came out about it, I just wish Patsy was alive to see it, but I heard on the news that she knew it was coming. It's no accident to strangle someone with a garrote.

I think this guy may have played a part in this saga, but when everything comes out in the wash, in the end, this will remain an unsolved mystery. I think part of the truth went to the grave with Patsy Ramsey. I think there was inside help.

OK well I personally do not believe he is the ONE that did it. From what I read, it sounds like he got in some serious trouble in SE Asia with sex crimes and was facing some brutally harsh penalties...so he thought he could confess to a highly publicized murder case in USA that he knew everything about and was obcessed with so he can sit in the cushy prisons of america rather than the tortuous penalties of SE Asia.
It will be intersting to see how this all unfolds.

i am not sure that i believe that this guy is the real killer. i think that i will need to see all the evidence before i make a decision. this whole thing has never sat right with me. I am a criminal justice students and this is one of the cases that we studied. we have always thought that there was an intruder. i don't believe that the parents killed her, but perhaps other things were going on.

I think this guy is a nut-case who's hooked on crimes. He's probably just saying what he's saying for attention and has nothing to do with the murder. If they come up with DNA evidence, then I'll believe it.

I'd be very cautiously optimistic about the arrest of the suspect. There are parts to his confession that are not adding up (i.e. he drugged Jon Benet and had sex with her..no drugs were found in her body when the autopsy was done).

I just can't belive that statement...I mean she was found beat and strangled. IF he is the one who did it,what then were his intentions?I know $$$ ,but still,If she didn't make enough noise to wake up her parents....

How can you accidentally fracture a child's skull and strangle her to death? I hope he really did do it because he'll be dead when he gets to prison.
