I am starting a shopping center in a village in india, and would like to know how to invite any bank who may be interested in the same. How to go about it?

All scheduled banks are supposed to have the licence from RBI to open a branch in any area. No such bank can go and open a branch wherever it feels like. Additionally, existing banks in your village may shift their premises to a better place or in case their old lease for existing premises is not renewed.

Now you see where your case fits in. For newer branch of any bank, the bank must have the licence or is in the process of securing the licence to open a branch in your village, then you can approach that bank with the offer of your premises. Alternatively, you may approach existing banks in your village to move to your premises, provided you can offer them better facilities, competitive rent rates etc.

shopping centre in village--as ITC and many other companies are stepping thier foots..in rural economy...

u want bank to finance ur shopping centre..or want them open brnach over ther...u sounds dubious...
try coooperative banks or rural banks..as private banks are not ready yet for it...
ask urself ..that why shud one bank open brnach ...in ur complex.. what kind of facilties u can prvide to them,...power back up ...internet or leased line...
why don't u ..create aanganwadi kind of program..and invites banks who 's into pact with insurers for rural peoples..like weather insurance and easy loan kind of fscility....
contact PSU's banks ...o visit RBI website for more info about rual banking..
