I have to limit it to just one???
I'd say the people. Fun, nice, stylish, tolerance, diverse, smart . . .
For other reasons, there's the weather, the scenery, the learning opportunities, the people, the restaurants, the art, the people, Rice-a-Roni, the history, the people . . . :o)

Been there twice, can't think of any reason. Crowded, expensive and really dirty and lots of trash everywhere, including all of the touristy areas. Nasty.
