Hypocrite doesn't even begin to describe him.It made me sick to see him holding hands with the Saudi Prince in the garden at Crawford.
Bin Ladin is Saudi, all the so called terrorists were from Saudi Arabia, I suppose that's why we bombed Iraq.
Ouch, forgot the non-existent WMDs. Add liar to hypocrite.
We are about as free as the Bush Administration allows us to be. If anyone thinks they can not be deprived of their constitutional rights in the blink of an eye, they had better think twice. Many are held hostage now to the fear he wants to instill in us, so we accept more and more lose of our freedoms.

Our President has no say so in the way Saudi Arabia handles their people. Obviously if he did he would help them. Same thing applies with Egypt.
Bush can harp on about freedom because he can, many Americans voted for him. I am one of them. I am so sorry to see people critize our President. He is the man in charge. He should have our respect. I do believe he deserves it. I know their is a World of hate out there. Why can't we as Americans not let it show in our country.

It is very simple, we have our freedoms here...other countries have different policies and governments...but it is in the countries interest to be at least on good terms....if we did not get along with SA we would have some serious problems....OIL for one would be an even bigger problem....just because they other country is not as free as we are does not mean we have no economic or political interest there.

True, Saudi Arabia, as well as many other middle eastern nations are very extreme dictatorships, but at least they cooperate with our government to some degree in fighting the radicals who are trying to kill us. What about China? they are huge human rights abusers, but try to find anything in Walmart not made there. The Allies in WWII included Stalinist Russia, which was more oppresive than Nazi Germany. Our government does prod at our "friends" regarding human rights issues or democratic failures, but we can't just become hostile towards governments who are at least willing to work with ours.

You can't expect a C- cheer leader to know everything. Hell, half of our country is full of cowards and refuse to pull their heads out of the sand. The democrats wouldn't fight if the terrorist were at the front door so I must give George and the Republicans a C- for at least keeping the wolves at bay. From the information that's out there the world trade center was planned during Clinton's watch. He should have kept himself out of Monica's mouth and paid attention to why the world was going to hell in a hand basket.

Freedom is Slavery (don't forget our friendliness with the repressive regime in China)
War is Peace (we're fighting for freedom, even if we haven't protected anyone's freedom during the fight)
Ignorance is Strength (we won't investigate mistakes, but we will investigate leaks that embarrass the White House! The less the American people know, the better, I guess.)
That's the world President George Orwell...I mean George Bush...has created for us.

It is called diplomacy.
Our country needs its allies. It doesn't mean he likes them or respects them.
There is no way to know what they are working on and I personally feel the media talks too much.We don't need to know every move our President makes or anyone else for that matter.I feel it does alot more harm than good.
We don't have to agree with other countries politics any more than they agree with ours.It is just the way it works.
You aren't going to like everyone you have to work with but being civil is better than making enemies.

He is one of the only ones in our US Government who believes in Freedom enough to fight for it.. "What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly ... it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as FREEDOM should not be highly rated." -- Thomas Paine.
