why when i try to enter chat rooms my request is refused ?

If you're trying to enter Yahoo! Chat Rooms, and you're under 18, that's your problem. If you're over 18, and trying to enter Yahoo! Chat Rooms, theymight be full. If they have x amout of people already, they won't let you in.

If it's a company computer you're trying to chat from, some companies run security scripts on their network or firewall that impede chatting.

if you are under 18,you r not allowed to enter chat room.i think that's the problem.
