The bad news is I have no idea why it stopped working without more info.

The good news is since it's not very old it should still be under warranty. Shortly after I moved; my epson printer started acting up and even though I had misplaced my paperwork and wasn't sure exactly how long I had had it they told me where to take it locally to have it repaired at their expense.

No power? How did it stop? Does it go through the motions, but fails to print? No one can help you with that question. I suggest you check the connections. Make sure they're connected to the printer, the computer, the outlet, and if you have a rabbit running loose, it'll eat the cord. Check for breaks in the line. If your computer is stating the printer is offline, it has to be turned on, so see where it is not connected. See, you need to be clear. Add it to additional comments.

You may have lost the configuration, uninstall and then reinstall the driver and see if that helps. Also disconnect all the cables and make sure they're dusted tightly connnected, a loose connection or a bit of dust can play havoc.

If it's less than a year old > Warranty biznizz > sorted :-)

More than a year, could be the print-head or as I have often found, the main logic board.
If it's totally dead it's either an internal fuse popped or the power-supply pcb has developed a fault. (this could cause the fuse to blow of course).
