He said he need to weld it and come back he asked when is good time for me and I said Tues or Thurs.He never came on tues and weds he tried to come but I didn't let him in Cuz I work basically a grave schedule and I was right in the middle of sleeping and it was not my day off like we planned.Also the manager left me a message Tues afternoon But I didn't recieve it until the middle of the night.When I woke on weds. it was after 5pm.When I went to bed it was before 9am. So because of my schedule I couldn't call back until thurs now she says he is on vacation and I have to wait until next week.because he is on vacation and he tried to knock on my door supposeivly every day.He didn't the only time was on tues.I askd if my water heater breaks and I can't take a shower what should I do call a plumber she said who is going to pay for that it is very expensive.you you can't leave me with no water until he gets back from vacation she said yes I can because You didn't let him in on tues ? What shoukld I do ??? I ran out of space.....Because I waited one day to call her baxk now she is saying she can't have it fixed until next week cause he is on vacation. Is that okay? And if my water stops working this weekend It's my fault and I have to wait???

The mauitenence guy is here right now guys and he told me he hasn't come every day totry to fix it. She lied. She also forgot I know spanish and can communicate with him and catch her in her lies.

Your question's details needs to be rewritten because I barley caught what you were saying.
Call a different water heater company and have it set up so that a person who you trust is at your house during the day to let the water heater guy in. They should have another service person on hand when one is on vacation. Mention that next time.

whatever you do, don't play the victim to this guy. i watched this cons and scams special on the donny deutsch show and this guy RIPPED the undercover guy off for fixing his water heater. all they did before they had him come in and fix it was turn the pilot light off so the guy, being a professional, should've just told the customer that he turned the pilot light back on and everything would be ok. INSTEAD he told him he'd have to replace EVERYTHING and that he could do it for $5000... FIVE GRAND?!? are you nuts? but then the undercover guy told him he was actually a building inspector and pulled that guy's license. SO BECAREFUL and be equally careful as to who you let into the house.

Contact the town/city and report the landlord, you may want to contact an attorney who is familiar with Landlord/Tennant law. You cannot live in an apartment without heat, water or electric, they are kinda basic things a landlord should be providing.
