I'm pretty sure Yahoo rounds down. Let's say you have answered 200 questions with 17 best answers and 183 non-best answers.
17/200 = 0.085
If you round down that's 8 % best answers
183/200 = 0.915
If you round down that's 91% non-best answers

I peeked to see 5 "Best" answers and 56 other answers.
5 ÷ 61 = approx. 8.2%
56 ÷ 61 = approx. 91.8%. It looks like they're rounding down with each.
(I glanced at my own to see a sum of 99%, too.)

The computer just round up and gives you the value.
So the 8% is actully 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 or 8.5%
While the 91% is 91.9, 91.8, 91.7, 91.6 or 91.5%
If we add them up we get 100%

Why don't you simply calculate the percentages yourself? The numbers are rounded, ya know?
