I think I'm getting addicted to an awesome internet game... (detailes)?

There's a really cool internet game i found, and i think i'm getting addicted to it. Because of it, I haven't been practicing my instruments like i'm supposed to, haven't been reading as much, and haven't even been eating enough! what should i do?

plug out your computer close your eyes, spin around 20 times and throw the computer keyboard, model mouse, or somewhere randomly. lets see if you can find it now!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel the same way about an internet game but after a while (Ok..a year..) of addiction to it I'm starting to bore of it , find no point in logging in without logging off once I see my pals aint online, and I find that my life hasn't changed in any way at all.

I think you should take a break from it for a little while, practice your instruments, read, eat, because really, it's just a game. Real life is so much more important to something that you could always go back to.

which game is it?? anyway you should play for an hour and then take a break for 45 mins. and if u ddont follow that throurgh out the day u can punish urself by. stubbing ur toe or not playing the game for 1 whole day or something like that.. good luck i was addicted 2 1 game runescape my mother helped me out of that 1!! good luck!

well, if the game is *shudder* Runescape, you might as well...umm...cease to exist because it kills your social, economic, and mental stability. I would know. I've watched it happen when I released this plague upon my school. If its anything else, go to a PS2, Gamecube, 360, or Gameboy and play that for a while. That replaces your the game's stimulation to another one with less hold over you. This way, you can slowly regain your normalcy.
