you would think there would be no way he would be able to be faithful or be satisfied with the amount of sex that most wives want to have?

He should seek treatment for his addiction first. If he chooses to overcome his addiction, he could get married. His partner should be informed of his past problems before the relationship becomes serious.
Until sex is no longer an addiction, monogamy will most likely be a very hard thing to accomplish.

He can but hes gonna need a women whom is just as active as he is and believe me there out there cause I'm one of them. I could have sex 24 - 7.

just find a partner equally interested in sex and then you can be faithful.
