First, your poems or songs need a theme. A lot of random stuff stuck together doesn't sell.
Second, understsand that poetry is harder to break into than any other type of publishing. There is a very small market for poems becuase books of poems dont really sell.
You have three options
1) Try taking your best poem or two and having them published in periodicals like newspapers, magazines, etc-- instead of a book. Later, if you want to do the book thing, these credits will help you get noticed.
2) Go for the gusto and assemble a good book of them, and try to get an agent/publisher. Be aware that this may take years of persistance. I reccomend getting an agent-- but its REALLY hard to find an agent that takes on poetry.
3) Self publish somewhere like lulu.com and sell copies to yoru friends/family.

Certain questions you have to answer before trying to publish a book:
1. are my works really good?
2. do I have an audience?
3. will they love it?
4. is it worth their money?
if your answers are mostly NO, then you should think twice before publishing your works. If your answer is mostly yes, then:
1.) find a publishing house and submit a manuscript (all of the things that is to be included in you book)
2.) wait for them to accept your work.
or self-publishing
1.) i think google or cafe press can let you do this. You submit your works via their site and they wait until someone orders your book and they print and mail it to the person who ordered.
2.) You get your commision via mail (probably a check)
BUT I would strongly suggest:
not to publish your works now. Youre only seventeen and there is still a very long road ahead of you. You may decide to publish your works now but will you be proud of your works 20 or 30 years from now?
I suggest you expose yourself first to more poetry (try T.S. Elliot or Rainer Maria Rilke) and enroll to poetry workshops to further enhance yourcommand of words.
I see that with the bulk of your works, that you really love writing and that is a start. Next is knowing the essential things of poetry. Poetry is not just about rhymes or expression of feelings (although that is a part of it) Poetry is mostly about images, dramatic situation and metaphor. Poetry is creating an image that is out of the ordinary but is giving a new light to the subject. Poetry is putting a simple object into a pedestal and creating a beautiful description of it. You have to take note how every line cut evokes an emotion to the reader. You have to see if the images are concrete. You have to look if the words you used are appropriate to the emotions that you want to evoke from the reader. (and all that jazz)
Poetry, for me, is the hardest of all the genre in writing because you have to create a beautiful world in such a limited number or words or stanzas.
I have read some of your poems and I really think that you have great potential. However, you have to hone this potential through practice, reading poetry and going to writing workshops where you can really get great constructive criticisms that can help in fine tuning your works. And meybe in a few years' time you'll be better.
Remember, being a writer is a lifestyle. It is not a process of just writing what you just want to write. being a writer is a learning process itself because you have to see things differently, learning from that experience and transferring that experience into a poem .
If you love what you are doing, you're in the right track.
:D

You need to contact a publisher. If you know anyone that knows a publisher, that'd be your best bet, because a random publisher probably wouldn't even look at a minor's book because they have more important books to publish (no offense). And, even if they did look at it, they'd probably turn you down, because even some of the most famous books now were turned down by a lot of publishers before they found someone to publish their work. Unless you're ready for a lot of work and you know of a lot of publishers, you might want to put your book aside, or maybe enter your poems or songs in contests or something, because publishing is a BIG step. With whatever happens, good luck!

No No No No No.
Do not sell them! Have someone read them and see if any of them can be published in a book. You can make money from those. You can also become a famous writer.

You should put them in song form and sing them. I think there's a better market for music that poetry. Just one man's opinion.
