How big is the gauge you have in it? I got mine pierced with a 14g and sized down to a 16g. I don't have a problem with anything leaking from the area. If you have recently gotten it peirced, give it some time to completely heal. The wound has to heal around the stud. Good luck with it.

It depends how long ago you had it pierced. It takes time to close up. Make sure it is clean, because a lip ring can get infected pretty easily. If you just got it done, don't play with it too much; you will just make a bigger hole.

Otherwise, take it out if it bothers you.

Sounds like you answered your own question. Let it heal. Pierce something else, then tell us what is leaking.

You could put a cork in it!

Maybe some duck tape.

Maybe the hole is too big, try putting an earring with a really thick bar to shut it up, kinna like a cork in a bottle to keep it from spilling.

Go see your piercer asap. It's definately not supposed to do that but your piercer just might be bad by piercing it with a smaller gauge needle and then putting in a larger gauge piece of jewelry.
