A break is just that.. some air to breathe and considering yourself single. You are no longer in that relationship for that amount of time, so you shouldn't answer to him, he shouldn't check up on you, and you don't care what he does. If the break isn't what you want, but he insists on it - he's probably f*cking some other girl and you should break up...

you move on with your life... at least until the other person says I want you back... don't think that your on the rebound just yet... not until you see the other person rebounding first. and well I'd say a break length is about a week if they don't come back... there many fish in the sea.

take a break from each other... you may still talk everyonce in a a while, but mostlt taking a break is not seeing each other for a while and trying new things.... ask your man to verify everyone is diff.

i believe is time apart to decide weather or not they or you want to be with them, this is the time when you try dating other people and see where you guys are in this relationship although the "other" guys/girls don't really have to mean anything to you, your just wegith your options
