after i posted this question i tried mouthwash and it works it doesnt irratate and its cool and soothing for the face!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure on mouthwash but the white paste type toothpaste does work and I use it overnight when I see a "baby pimple" trying to come up.

Ooh, no!!! Not only is mouthwash mostly alcohol, but menthol in the mint mouthwash is a double whammy, both are very irritating to the skin and just make it worse. Don't do this!!
Use a benzoyl peroxide cream or gel on spots, you can get a cheap version at the drugstore that works just fine.

hey there... yeah it is actually damn true to dabb a bit of mouthwsh on your face to get rid of acnes and pimples.. but hey the mouthwash should be jsut after getting up in the morning without washing your mouth.. hey lemme knw wht do u regard mouthwash as??/ i am referring to the early morning spit ok.. not the mouthwash that v get in the pharmacy..

well most mouthwash is based on alcohol, so it would probably dry the spots out. But you can get same results if not better with any topic disinfectant...

I think it is true of toothpaste. I have never heard to use mouthwash though.

Well, I haven't heard that one. But I have heard of using toothpaste, rubbing alchohol, and baking soda. Not all together lol. But, the toothpaste worked ok for me.

That's new. Panoxyl worked for me though. Or go to the dermatologist thats the best way, they will determine what kind of medicine you should use.
