yes, love is in the heart. the internet is a tool. there is a lot of garbage on the internet but also a lot of sincerity.
communication is sometimes easier in type. there is no body language to try and interpret. if you don't understand, you can ask for explanation. should be that easy in person but is not always.
in fact I amchatting with a happily married woman, who met her husband online

I have two children. My son married a girl on the net in 2001 they have a son. My daughter has been going with a fellow she met on the net for 3 years and they have been married almost a year. But I understand you have to sift through a lot of crazies to find a good one. No different that if you met someone through your church group. I have a cousin that bought a Filipino bride about 10 years ago and he seem very happy. So does she.

The internet is more susceptible to emotional intaking and translating things the way you want them heard. So it'd be easier to fall for someone on the internet because your comfortable in your own home environment and feel safe, eliminating the awkward meeting processes and uncomfort of being introduced to new people. So in a way, it's as though the person helps you create your own ideal mate by allowing you to use your own translations to their statements, without the tonality and flux of the voice to sway your translations. Being in such an environment, it'd be easier to see people falling in love sooner, and harder than with a normal street meeting undertaking. All in all, love and true love is a perception created in our heads. Like a padlock, who ever plays your emotions just right, hitting all the right numbers the closest, is closest to your heart. The internet makes it more possible because they're allowing you to customize it to your own true feelings by translating things how you want them to be. It could be a very different situation in real life. But the rapport created on the internet and the memories and feelings that can be created and simulated on a computer, when attached to a person, can create a value and endurance that could outlast many an other relationship.

I know people who found true love on the net. They are happily married now.
You can't be "sure" with any relationship. It is all a gamble, whether you meet on the net or off.

No. You cannot place an online order for a soulmate. The idea's ridiculous. "Yes, thank you, I'll take a female with dark hair and fashion sense. Go ahead and add the Financial Stability package while you're at it. How soon will my order be ready?"
Go meet real people.

First of all we have to find a good person and then a good friend and then only we may reach upto a loving person! And then gradually you may be able to know him or her, and finally you may meet and then decide whether you can be sure or not!! Best of luck!!!
