When applying eyeliner to the inner eye, gently pull lid away from eye and draw a line along upper and lower inner eye rim.
If applying eyeliner to outer rim of eye: Pull lid taunt with free hand, draw across in one continuous thin line. Retrace for larger lines. Apply eyeliner as close as possible to (and even into) the lashes. To avoid the white line you get when liner and lashes don't connect.

I looove the natural look.
1. Use a non-oil lotion on your nose and forehead to prevent dry skin. (I use Olay body quench, my favorite because of the subtle shimmer it leaves.)
2. Apply a slightly darker than your skin tone eyeshadow over eyes and under them to get rid of dark circles and blend into skin.
3. Apply a powder of your skin tone over eye circles, nose, forehead, and chin to cover and reduce oil and even your skin tone.
4. Apply a brown or copper shadow to eyelids lightly with a makeup brush.
5. Apply eyeliner lightly to lower rim of eyes. I use dark blue because it makes eye whites look whiter. Just don't go over board.
6. Apply some Vaseline to lips to add shine and lock in moisture. (This sounds odd but it really does work).
7. Finish by brushing eyebrows and upper lashes upwards.
Remember the less you can notice the better!

If you like to wear a skin tone blending kind of makeup then use a clear kind of blush along with eyeshadow and lipstick alright?
I usually get them form Claire's or Victoria's Secret.
P.S.
Hope this helps GOOD LUCK!!

This is a good, clean, fresh look:
- no eyeliner, just mascara (reduces the chance of smearing)
- a neutral eyeshadow (metallic for edge)
- a nice rosy blush (makes you look fresher)
- shiny chapstick or balm (no gloss, it actually DRIES out your lips)
