Big Jay7 - Went to visit you 360 today before I answered this question. Your entry for August 15, 2006 stated that your Aunt had passed away and that you were very upset and sad. Now to day, you ask is it possible to be too happy? I think without being disconcerting, that you might think of talking to someone.
It is possible to be TOO HAPPY, better known as MANIC, not that I am suggestion that you are.
Good Luck!

Yes, it is. Certain medical problems can cause mood disturbances - either highs or lows - which are normally treated by medication, especially since they usually go in cycles and if there is no medication, the person will live on a perpetual emotional rollercoaster. And yes, when a person with this sort of mood disturbance gets to the top of a high, if they're smart they will start preparing for the downturn so it doesn't wipe them out.

No, unless you are MANIC, which is a psychological disorder. This usually doesn't mean happiness though--it's just a period of intense energy and irrational thought.
