Without more details, it's hard to say... ask your Ob-Gyn. He may want to do a sonogram to check it out.
However, I will tell you that my son was a wild man in the womb --and he is an equally active child outside the womb! He's very busy -- and I predicted that he would be when I was pregnant! My daughter was a calm baby in and out of the womb.
It sounds to me like you are carrying a very active child!

Overactive? I haven't heard of such a thing. Usually people wonder if their active enough. My daughter played soccer and did gymnastics all the time in my belly. I'm sure your fine. If you think you may have an "overactive" baby, you might watch more of what you eat. Sugars, caffiene, etc that would get the baby excited.

I don't think there is such a thing as an overactive fetus. But you really need to post more info if you want definitive answers.

You didnt give a lot of info. However, what is overactive? Dont start with the ADD stuff before the baby is even born....

Let that be a good sign to you that your baby is overactive. The OB doctor will tell you that is it good for babies to very active...this way you have peace of mind that your baby is doing well. Stop complaining.

It is not a fetus. He/she is a living, breathing, human baby. (It breathes amniotic fluid, people) Have some respect for your future child!

I agree.. cut down on sugars (including fruit sugars) and that'll help
