I read his book A Dog's Life and loved it and wondered if his other books are as good.

I first came across him when watching the Year in Provence miniseries. Then I got the book, which was just as good.
I think I read another book of his, although I don't recall what it was.
I wouldn't say I'm a fan, but I did enjoy YIP.
