Taking the CBEST?

Do you have to be enrolled in a University in order to take the CBEST or can you just register to take the test and choose the place to take the test.?

--Please don't ask what is the CBEST because evidently you can not help. Get free points somewhere else.

No, anyone with a BA can take it. It's pretty easy.
