See when it comes to reacting on Chapple's way of working we have to first undestand that the enviormrnt that he has grown up playing and coaching cricket is totally different from that of our's we have to give him chance to prove himself too just like any player of the team. The fitness lavel and feiding level of the team has definately shown improvement and hopefully things shall improve in all quarters.
