Was it the same players that always play (the one's that played in the World Cup) or was it different people?

On August 16, 2006, Donadoni made his debut as head coach for the Italian National team in a friendly match between Italy and Croatia, but because of the non-standard first team, lost the game 2:0.

They were, virtually, ALL different players that were not nearly as good as the Italian players that won the World Cup. Donadoni was just testing different players because it was not an important game. If it was an important game and Italy put it its best players, I would bet my last dollar that Italy would win.

There was not one person from the world cup side that played against Croatia (except 3rd string goalkeeper Amelia).

were different people... in the world cup played best players of italy... last night played unkown persons (also people in the minir leaague (play in serie B, not in serie A))...
campions of the world are still to seaside... this game was a test for youngers players...
