Which business/industry out there needs serious improvement?

Which businesses/entities do you hate dealing with? Why? What would you change?

Utilities are usually difficult.
Cable company.
Credit Card Companies!!!


Customer service isn't there, the companies are to large and too concerned with the bottom line. The focus on customer service seems to be a 'phase' in the past.
