Wow, I wish people would pay attention to your entire question.
IT CAN NOT BE IMPLANTATION BLEEDING. EVERYONE (but the know-it-all's on yahoo answers) knows that you dont get a positive on a home pregnancy test until AFTER IMPLANTATION HAS ALREADY OCCURED.
Since your friend has already received a positive then it can not be implantion. Woman don't produce the HCG hormone (the hormone that home pregnancy tests detect) until the embryo has attached itself.
There are many reason's why women bleed in early pregnancies. She needs to see a doctor but if that is out of the question, she doesn't really have to worry unless it is a constant flow of blood accompanied by blood clots. If this happens, she needs to go to the emergency room of any hospital and they can bill her.

It may be just implantation bleeding. That can happen, but I would think that she should notice it with a liner too, not just when peeing. Maybe she has a kidney infection or something too. I don't know why she can't go to the doctor yet, but she does need to get checked out by a health clinic or something soon.

Sometimes that is normal. Sounds like just a little first trimester bleeding.
If it gets any worse though...or is accompanied by any cramping...she needs to go to the clinic...because that may be signs of a miscarriage.

That happened to me. It's actually how we found out I was pregnant. I thought I'd started my period, but it was very light and I never had light periods, so I told my husband and we got two pregnancy tests to make sure and they both said yes. I called my doctor the next day and he said it's normal, but make an appointment anyway so he could start prenatal care. Tell her congrats and not to worry, but go for prenatal care.

It could be implantation bleeding, which isn't that uncommon. I would definitely recommend that she go to a doctor or Planned Parenthood as soon as it's possible - Planned Parenthood won't make her pay if money is an issue, they'll just want to make sure she and the baby are alright.

I would atleast call and confirm my problem to the Dr. but I do think it's very normal to spot during your first trimester.
I'd suggest call the Dr. though.
