Your PC CAN be connected to a wireless network with your laptop. All you need is a wireless network interface for your PC.

If you have a USB port on the PC then buy a USB adaptor. Otherwise get a wireless interface card.

If you see a 'Centronix' sticker on your laptop (similar in size to the 'Windows' sticker you see on most laptops) then you have built in wireless ability; then yes you can connect to a wireless network if it is open for you to do so. Otherwise, you'll have to buy a wireless pcmcia network card or USB dongle.

be particular to envision that your prompt adapter is enabled. to envision this flow to: 'commence', good-click on 'My computing device', click 'houses', then click on the tab 'Hardware', then 'gadget manager', then 'community Adapters' and confirm there aren't any red crosses next to any of the Icons. If that doesnt artwork, installation any software that got here (if any) with the router AND the prompt Card and attempt it that way, (you'll have already, even if it hasnt been said)
