I hate that movie, dont you agree? I don't understand why everybody is crazy about that movie?

I don't want to stereotype but I suits a certain sort of person. My 2 friends have a very similiar sense of humour to ND and therefore finds it hilarious whereas I just laugh at a couple of lines. It's like Marmite you either Love it or you Hate it!.

Napolean Dynamite is to me a slow paced comedy. Because of the speed of the movie it allows you to feel a bit bored and not care about the story. Unlike some comedy movies that quickly drag you into the funny scenes Napolean Dynamite does that but in a slow suttle way. It doesn't go overboard. like in the beginning when Napolean gets on the bus and the little boy asks him what are you going to do today Napolean. he replies very snarkly and does a stupid thing as to throw a toy out the window while it's connected to a string and drag it along while the bus is moving. What are we to expect from that? I think the whole idea of the movie is to be your own person. The only way we can laugh at something is if we can relate to it. I think I can relate to this movie.

I thought it was very funny. Yes, Napolean is completely ridiculous, but it worked for me. Uncle Rico was also a big part of the movie for me.

I think that is the stupidest movie. I only watched about 10 min of it and had to turn it off. I couldn't take the stupidity any more.

It's funny. Watch it again and you'll love it. It's just weird that way. I'm serious. The first time I watched it I couldn't stand it, but the second time it was hilarious.

I did not like it the first time I saw it. But then I saw it again and really liked it. We bought the DVD and can pretty much act out the entire movie. Sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Loved it!! I even went to the festival they had in Preston, ID last summer. It was sooo much fun!

I liked it. I wouldn't watch it everyday, but there were parts that made me laugh out loud for sure.

It is quite moronic but perhaps that is what people like about it. It is a quirky film.
