yes u can definately do that if u still hav the tags. but make sure ur piece of clothing has not been worn or washed. when u show them the tag they'll know if its the same barcode as the one on the receipt so there really can't be any lying.
i've even returned things with just the item and no recepit but i was only allowed to trade and not get money back. oh well better than keeping some ugly thing in my room.

No. Once the tags have been removed from the clothing they are non-returnable even if you still have the receipt and tags.

Yes most definately. The store should be able to put a new label on it when you return it so there really should be no problem. Ive done it myself. But if you are really concerned you could always call the store and ask them to be sure.

if you have the receipt and still have the clothing tags it's fine to return it. i'm sure they can glue the tags back on.

it depends on the store where you bought them. may will allow a return (like target), but many won't.
