Drawspace.com at http://www.finearteducation.com/ gives tons of online drawing tutorials if this is the type of art you mean. The site is very impressive.

About.com offers a page with links to different drawing lesson sites at
http://drawsketch.about.com/mlibrary.htm

Mark Kistler also has a site that's kind of fun but it's about drawing animations
http://www.draw3d.com/

I hope you have fun!

Are you looking for a site to tell you how-to? (i.e. draw...)

Books are usually better for that. You can find some great ones at just Michael's or Borders. If you're looking to share your art where you can get constructive criticizm and advice, get an account at www.deviantart.com- it's great ;)
