calm down. you'll get it. stress is a huge factor in delaying your period. there is also such things as false pregnancy symptoms. you start imagining you have them then eventually you actually do even though you aren't anywhere close to being pregnant. if you keep stressin' it will be longer. just wait. you'll be fine. did you recently become more active than usual? in highschool practically the whole volleyball and basketball team wouldn't have a period the whole season. i guess just too much exercise. instead of checking into pregnancy maybe you should look up something to do with what else can cause a late period.

Stress can cause missed periods. There are free clinics that can test for pregnacy for no cost. You may be eligible for other services such as Food Stamps, Medicaid and WIC.

8 negative pregnancy tests, hmmm. I used to be irregular with my periods, too. I know what it's like not to have insurance either. How old are you and how long have you been getting your period is another question? If you've only had it for a few years than this is normal. Some girls are just irregular. I would sometimes go w/out mine for two months. I wouldn't worry too much about it. If you think about it you're really not that late. If it bothers you that you have irregular periods get on birth control. I did. It was like killing three birds with one stone. No more abnormal times of the month, no more horrible awful agonizing cramps and, no babies! (I am in a committed relationship.)

I have irregularity too. So what I use is a little bit of excercise. A drug Vitex it helps to relieve PMS, bloating, irregularity to balance your hormones. You could also be ememic. Which means you have a low count of Iron or an Iron deficiency. So you could also try an Iron supplement. I use Vitex it makes me feel great. Its all natural and safe that's why I like it. If you have had sex prior go to the clinic and get a blood test. Im sure places like Planned Parenthood would help you. Id wait tell the end of the month. Dont stress to much thats why its not coming. Just relax take a foot up and enjoy life take a walk.

Go to a pregnancy crisis center and have them run a test for you. That is a service that most places will do free of charge. HOWEVER, if you have taken eight pregnancy tests and they are negative, more than likely, you have nothing to worry about. I once went two months and was stressed out thinking I was pregnant -- which made things worse.

Try to relax -- and if you don't feel pregnant, just wait for your period.

A blood test would be the most accurate way to confirm whether you are or are not pregnant, but if insurance is a problem, check with a pregnancy crisis center.

Stress might be exactly what is causing you to be late. On the other hand, you should look into going to a doctor and getting a blood test done. There are insurance plans for low income people usually in every state. (It's just Medicaid thinly disguised as the state's insurance.) If you still don't qualify for that, look for a clinic that will let you make payments on a sliding income scale. And if you still can't do that, go to the ER. You really need to have a blood test taken.

If you have taken that many pregnancy tests, and you are typically irregular, I would not be concerned about pregnancy.

You may have a condition that effects the regularity of your periods called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). It effects 5-10% of women. Unfortunately, this can only be determined by visiting a doctor, preferably an OB-GYN or an endocrinologist. They will also do a pregnancy test anyway.

I have PCOS, and my periods have never been normal before my doctor put me on birth control pills (Yaz), which have the hormones required to positively effect my regularity.

Stress sometimes changes your cycle, especially if you are irregular to begin with. If you don't have health insurance, you can go to a clinic where it's cheaper or there are charity care options if you need medical attention.

You stressing is making your period even more irregular than usual. Can you go to Planned Parenthood or local clinic for checkup. I would suggest that if possible.

If you have any other symptoms you need to see a doctor.... cramping, etc.. If you don't have insurance try a clinic like planned parenthood. If its not free, they are very low cost so someone can check you out. don't go past two months of no period without getting checked out.
