hey hun...im working on it lol...i am 4'11 and weighed 174lbs after having my little girl and as you can imagine that doesn't set well on a little frame...so i started exercising with taebo and liftin' weights....now my weight goes between 136-138 pounds..can we say yeah! lol....researching how to loose weight in a healthy manner really helped me not to worry about what tha scales said so much...after all you can take a girl that's 2 times smaller then another and she can weight several pounds more...simply cause she has lean muscle mass and it takes up less space but weighs more then fat...that's why i believe there are such thangs as skinny fat people...just cause your slim doesn't mean your healthy! :) and i believe in loosing' weight all naturally and slowly while taking in protein powders so i can replace the fat i loose with muscles to help burn more fat...hope this helps...love daisy

I weigh myself once a month and am in good shape. As far as being healthy, I am not. I went to the doctor on monday to find out that I have bronchitis. In about 2 hours I have to go register at the hospital for surgery. I have to cysts on my head.

I'm really in shape, I'm guilty of weighing myself everyday, unless I decide "hey I don't have to be constantly worrying about my weight stop weighing myself! Leave it be, if I feel like I look good, than I do!" Than I can go a week or two without. It just depends I guess...

I feel very healthy and I think I am in a good shape, I 've always told that my body is beautiful and perfect the way it is.
I dont weigh my self very much 'cause I am walking too much so I always burn calories.

im healthy and in shape..... i dont really worry about my weight cause i know i am about 160 that is what i have weighed for the last 5 years.... i run 6 miles a day so i dont think i will need to worry about my weight...

Never otherwise it makes u feel worse about urself! I eat healthy and run track everyday but the track is just to keep my heart condition down!

I'm healthy, I bike commute and I'm in relatively good shape. I weigh myself about monthly or so.

I never weigh myself. I do have my body mass index checked once a month at the club where I work out.

yaa i am at the healthy weight range and i am in good shape. i seldom weigh myself, unless i go to my bf's parents room who has a weighingg machine just outside the toilet so i will weigh myself there convenientlyy..
