that you don't have to type a question mark after you ask a question, because one is already built in for you?

When I first found this site, I wondered, "Why are there so many frantic people here putting several question marks after their questions?" then I realized. LOL Maybe they've changed it now...I don't know.

After the second week, when I tried to end my subject line with an ellipsis (...) rather than a question mark. I wanted to ask the questions inside, you know?

Some people don't get it, because they'll feel all superior and ask, "Why do people think tacking on a question mark makes any sentence a question?"
