We moved to Bayard last year . We liked Scottsbluff but had to move back to Texas for financial reasons. Maybe one day we will move back. Good luck!

Yes there are people, but who they are would be hard to determine. Probably people in the suburbs of Scottsbluff are thinking of moving to the big city. And there may be a bunch of Orange County residents who do not like the OC tv show.
Also anyone from Texas should want to move away from Texas because of embarrassment as to the home state of our President.
As for me, I like Seattle but wish a bunch of people would move to Scottsbluff.
