I found that it was a person who places "THE CPT:" before all of his questions. CPT of the Rings. Apparently there are more accounts than just that one.

a guy on yahoo answers who creates multiple accounts. i suspect that he is also responsible for creating multiple "edna" accounts. he asks stupid questions, and i feel like it's such a waste that he creates so many accounts just for the purpose of asking stupid questions.
i've counted 28 accounts so far.
