Yahoo news videos do not play, sometimes ads do. Why?

I'm on Mac, don't have "tools" option

Please Note: Yahoo! Video is currently not compatible with Macintosh, Linux, or Unix systems.

Go to -> Tools
-> Internet Options
-> Advanced (Tab)
Make sure that under "Multimedia" "Play Videos in web pages" is checked off.

The ads probably play because they are in flash, videos are not in flash.

Yahoo videos do not play in win 8.1 either and the adverts on news items is a pain in the rear
