that is probably going to be classed as redundancy by the way... you are probably best speaking to a solicitor because there is a proper procedure that you HAVE to go through with this.
They may say that the contract is frustrated but you still have to consult and inform, the last thing you want is a group claim against you so speak to a lawyer.

there are some computer programs that have templates you can use... microsoft word is one of them, not sure if they have the one you need but you could make one work... or just make up one on your own... if they are good employees, you could actually mix the business closure letter with a letter of reference if you do it right that way they can have an easier time finding new jobs.... good luck
