Sounds like some people don't understand the seriousness of your problem. When somebody tortures you in this or another psychological way it is not only immature but very, very cruel. This person is almost certainly very angry with you about something and you may or may not have asked her why but since she is ignoring you she would not answer. It is a good idea to ask calmly and with an open mind if she can explain but by now you may feel very intimidated by her behavior which is in fact extremely hostile but which she could easily defend saying she was not doing anything at all.
First of all you must not blame yourself and wonder, 'what did I do?' She could tell you if she wanted you to know. Remove yourself from her presence permanently if that is possible. Get her out of your life. Confide in a friend what is going on and how this makes you feel. Overall, I repeat get away from this person. It is not possible to 'ignore back' if you are a sensitive person because that would be permanently very stressful. It maybe that this person is trying to drive you away. Please don't fight, but let go and get away from her even it feel like they have 'won'.. .I'm speaking from personal experience and I hope I have helped.
If necessary, and you are unable to remove yourself from this persons sphere and it is getting unbearable speak to a doctor.

maybe she is mad at you for something you did or she may just be giving you the same treatment in return. think, did you ever treat her that way. and maybe go up to her and try asking her straight up. I'm pretty sure you guys can work things out.

It is not her responsibility to pay attention to you. Get over her (and yourself) and move on.
