I am the 6 man on my local team. I was on the crew team in high school and college. Best work out in the world. Back in college we ran a marathon after a work out as a warm down. (Mostly to show off how bad *** we were) It is said that athletes row, all the rest just play with balls.

No. But I heard it's a great work out would love to. But equipment is pricey :)
