First, don't pop those pimples, it'll just create more pimples in that area. Next, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (p.s...soda is not water lol). Also, use toothpaste on them! Eating eggs could help too.
If you have a REALLY bad case of acne I suggest buying something like Proactiv.

Dry and/or greasy skin due to poor oil composition of the skin. Thick greasy oils clog pores, lack of oil leads to dryness and irritation. You need thin oils to moisturize while dissolving and clearing gunk in your poors. Try fish oil or seafood. 2 tsp fish oil a day or 4 servings of seafood a week. Stick it out for at least 2 months; it will take a long time to replace all your oil. Any effect after 1-2 days is temporary or random; so even if it makes you break out a little at first, you haven't given it a full try yet.
In the short term you can wash and moisturize well, but that will only go so far. Plus excessive washing can be drying and excessive moisturizing can be clogging. Use a small amount of a light moisturizer, made with oil not jelly or grease. Often that means soybean oil or mineral oil. Mineral oil means mined from the ground. So soybean oil is usually better, though mineral oil won't cause too much harm. Clean with soap and water, not a harsh acne cleanser. Even then they only work so well. So you really need the seafood.
Antibiotics aren't really good for bacteria long term, they'll come back in force after. Short term they may help. After you get off them find some kefir with acidophilus listed first or 2nd to replace the friendly bacteria they destroyed. Studies show less illness when you have these bacteria, even outside the stomach in places such as the lungs and elsewhere. You want friendly bacteria to fill the void when the antibiotics stop, not harmful ones.
In the short term you might also try 100,000+ iu retinol vitamin A (a megadose, and too much for normal use) or one of the acne drugs that is similar to retinol vitamin A. It's some minor harm to your organs, but it helps against bacteria on your skin. At least it doesn't have the other long term drawbacks to your skin that antibiotics and many scrubs do.
If you would like to learn how to treat your acne permanently and regain your health and wellbeing, without drugs, without typical acne treatments, and without any side effects, then this will be the most important letter you will ever read.

Well, I had acne problems and I looked at home remedies for it. A few I have found that seem to work a little are: Honey Toothpaste and Ointment such as Neosporen However, My zits just kept getting worse so I finally went to the dermatologist. He told me that Zits are strictly hormonal and that the type of food you eat, how much you sweat, how oily your face is, what products you are using does not effect your zits. You get zits from a change in hormones such as stress or just the age you are. At one point I was using proactiv to fix my acne problem but it didnt help. He told me that my proactiv and other home remedies wasnt potent enough to treat my acne so he prescribed me some prescription ointment. I was worried about the cost but my insurance covered it and I only had to pay like 10 bucks which was wayy cheaper than proactiv and better than any home remedy. To top it all off my face is clearing up after just 5 days. I suggest you ditch the home remedies, make sure your insurance covers it and go to the dermatologist.

use egg whites as a mask
place toothpaste on very red pimples to lessen the swelling
make an oatmeal paste with water, oatmeal and egg whites..this can be used as a scrub and/or mask
if you have aloe, fresh raw aloe would be good
lots of water, stay away from the sodas
don't use face creams heavy in fragrences/perfumes
use makeup that is light so that it won't clog up your pores
get lots of sleep and change your pillowcases often
if you use hair products, use a hair scarf at night to tie up your hair
i've have a long ongoing battle with acne but it's mainly my laziness that causes my flair ups. i'm not very consistent with washing my face but, here's was I do and when I do it consistently, my acne goes away about 95%
wash my face with an apricot scrub
use a cotton ball and apply astringent
then use an overnight acne treatment (something that will add moisture as well as attack the acne)
all of these are very cheap and you can get all three for under $10 total
good luck!!

I don't think that putting urine on your face is a good tool to use for clearing acne. Urine is made of the toxins and impurities that is the discharge of your body. Why would this be used to eliminate a pimple which is already infected with germ? My advice is to drink more water, stay away from soda's and sports drinks. Try to keep your hand out of your face. Do not use a wash cloth to wash your face neither, face towels carry germs as well. Try Neutrogena acne wash and witch hazel. This will eliminate dirt and kill the germ. Good luck!

I read in a home remedy book one time that you should put your first piss of the morning on your face, but that's not something I myself would try. I'd rather have acne than smell like the toilet.

There's probably a lot of home remedies.... but if you really want a good outcome.... seriously.... buy Proactive. It works wonders. :)
If you still don't want to buy anything... well I guess you can try just washing your face with hot water everyday. Don't use any creams and stuff becasue they can make it worst. Dn't eat too much butter... it breaks you out. And don't squeeze your pimples or the germs will spread.
Seriously though... I suggest you try out: ProActive http://www.proactiv.com/

Hydrogen peroxide on a Q-tip on the acne 1-2 times a day. Be careful near your hair and eyebrows as it will lighten them.
