Not to mention it also plays the hundreds of PS1 games, CDs, DVDs and it's STILL outselling the XBOX 360!!

First let me answer this "and why are they stilll selling ps2's 5 years after its release??? Cause the pieces of sh it break so damn easily"

- Please tell that to my first gen PS2 that I just booted up.

PS2 has been such a long standing system with GREAT games which is why they still well. Heck, when I worked for a gamestore, you wouldn't believe how many systems I sold just on Gran Tourismo and Madden alone. Game selection has died down since PS2's glory days, but that just means the good developers are moving to the Next Gen Systems.

The 360...have you played Dead Rising? That game is hillariously awesome.

The Wii...it was well worth the wait. I was able to play on the test demo during the "Final E3" and it was a little akward at first but worked out wonderfully.

The PS3...with developers dropping their titles because of development costs/issues, I just hope it will be a decent system, let alone a worth successor to the PS2.

i agree. Love the PS2, HATE the xbox.

Xbox is now introducing a dev kit so people can create their own games. Great, so that means Microsoft doesn't have to pay real game makers and quality goes down. Just what i need, to play a homemade game from my crosseyed potsmoking neighbor. PS2 baby!

i strongly agree with you on that, not to mention the fact that if the PS2 didn't take it up another level in the gaming industry, many companies would be un-noticed...for example, Rockstar, THQ, among others....

the PS2 revolutioinized gaming as we know it, and now the PS3 will take it a step further and beyond Bill Gates' reach!

bah!! ps2 has outlived its time. sony is just milking it as much as they can. but lets put it this way. i love xbox, but i would rather have an xbox than a ps1, rather have a ps2 than xbox, but would rather have a 360 than a ps2.

everyone is entitled to an opinion but... the 360 isnt selling very fast cause they sold out..... that created a back order that slowed sales down..... and why are they stilll selling ps2's 5 years after its release??? Cause the pieces of sh it break so damn easily... i went through 2 of them b4 i switched to the xbox...... and i am never going back
