I don't think there IS a conservative counterpart. Why? Because liberals have a better sense of humor and don't take themselves so seriously.

Stewart is clever, insightful and funny, there really is no conservative counterpart.

The closest is the Colbert Report, but that's just a satire of a typical ignorant rightwing 'news' show, not a counterpoint to Stewart's show, so it doesn't count.
