A cashier was very rude to me yesterday and I told her to her face "that's rude". I tell people to their face when they are being rude. When we are teaching our kids how to live in this world we need to remember to teach them manners.

If they do or say something rude I call them on it and ask them why they did something so mean. Being quiet and nice sometimes makes things worse and they sometimes think you are stupid. So I let them know I know and ask them why.
